The output

Every frame here was generated. It's one film, built part by part, with no stock footage anywhere in it.

The problem

Models can make a great clip. They still can't make a video.

No memory between generations

Every clip gets generated in isolation, so characters drift, lighting shifts, and the same kitchen has different cabinets by shot four.

A text box and nothing else

A text field and a generate button. There's nowhere to define your characters, set up your chapters, attach brand assets, or plan out six minutes of story.

All-or-nothing generation

You can't generate thirty seconds, watch it, fix what's off, and keep going. It's one shot, every time.

Generated or uploaded, never both

Real videos mix generated material with footage you already have: product shots, screen recordings, interviews. Almost no tool treats both as equals.

Why it holds together

A continuity state travels between parts.

After every segment, Studio8MM snapshots the last frame, the entity appearance, the narrative position and the audio state, then conditions the next generation on it. Part two doesn't start from scratch. It grows from exactly where part one ended.
